Business Manager - Mobile Banking |
Reports to:
COO/VP Sales & Marketing
Job Specifications:
Masters Degree preferably in Business Administration (Finance and/or Marketing)
Job Requirement: - 5 - 7 years of experience with a Financial Institution of international repute.
- Should have understanding and knowledge of financial products, instruments, business processes, banking regulatory requirements.
- Should also have basic knowledge of Banking IT systems and processes.
- Strong C-level networking in local Banking sector.
- Aptitude for problem solving, decision making and Strategic planning
- Strong presentable personality and be a self learner
- Should be able to independently work on new financial products
Job Responsibilities:- Formulation and execution of Product Management Plan, Marketing & advertising plan, product development etc.
- Management of end-to-end product life cycle for formulation and launch of mobile banking/payment products.
- Liaison with Financial Institutions, Mobile network operators, regulatory bodies, international institutions etc.
- Provide leadership in aspects of the project, customer relationship management and sales generation activities.
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying and ensuring closure of the respected generated sales leads for banking clients.
- Responsible for corporate presentations, proposal formulation and negotiations with clients and partners.
- Manage the market/competition intelligence information system.

Software Engineer |
Reports to:
Chief Technology Officer
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Job Requirement: - At-least 1-2 year(s) of experience in the related field is required.
- Must be well-versed in Visual Basic, ASP, XML, SQL Server, MySQL, Database Design, System Design and Analysis .
- Those with experience in J2ME, Microsoft.Net, Crystal Report, Networking, Linux and Apache Web Server would have an added advantage .
- Good personality with high initiative, creative and result oriented and self-motivated .
Job Responsibilities:- To analyze, design, develop and maintain in-house applications.
- Required to do documentation and other technical paperwork related to software development projects .
- To assist in any ad-hoc projects as requested.
Fresh graduates who have posed good result in computer programming are encouraged to apply too. |
